Pain Point Guide
TriggerPoint is a fitness brand that sells massage rollers aimed at making customers feel better before and after workouts. Although the brand has a strong group of loyal followers, we found that site visitors were often confused about which type of roller is right for them. I designed the Pain Point Guide to provide customers with an easy tool that guides them in the right direction regarding which product they should choose. Users can easily click back and forth between key pain points to view suggested products as well as related videos, which helps them become confident enough to make a purchase.
